This work seeks to provide the evaluation of the shared value creation strategy used by the leading company to diagnose the current situation through the activities it carries out. The organization studied is the mother company of the textile cluster of Ñeembucú, department in southern Paraguay. The methodology used included bibliographic review, obtaining data from secondary sources and analyzing the contrast between theory and reality. The cluster identifies the region, is developing and has a lot of potential to grow. The results indicate that the company increased its productivity by subcontracting workshops that are members of the cluster, positioned its brand in local and international markets, constantly trained its collaborators and finally integrated sustainability into its strategy by emphasizing actions that reduce environmental impact. However, the pending challenges are to achieve the integration of clothing workshops and the intervention of the government with the formulation of public policies that favor innovation and technological development of the entire cluster to move towards the next stage. The creation of shared value can drive the revitalization of industrial clusters, and indeed, national competitiveness.
