Diagnóstico prenatal de quiste de cordón umbilical: reporte de un caso

Los quistes del cordón umbilical pueden diagnosticarse en diversas etapas de la gestación, este hallazgo debe orientar a realizar una evaluación ecográfica detallada de la anatomía fetal para descartar anomalías estructurales debido a que un hallazgo aislado puede tener una evolución neonatal favorable. Estos quistes según la presencia de epitelio en el interior pueden clasificarse en verdaderos o pseudoquistes. Se reporta el caso de un quiste de cordón umbilical como hallazgo único durante el tercer trimestre del embarazo.
