Adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal: reinserción social a través de la justicia restaurativa

El estudio estuvo centrado en el análisis de la aplicación de la justicia restaurativa como herramienta para la reinserción social de adolescentes en conflicto con la ley penal. Se aplicó como metodología de investigación un análisis documental bibliográfico dentro de los motores de búsqueda Scopus, Redalyc, SciELO y Google Académico, los artículos encontrados fueron recuperados a través de los siguientes criterios: a) publicaciones originales o de revisión de acceso público; b) recursos relacionados con la temática en estudio; c) divulgados en inglés o español. Se encontró un total de 952 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de búsqueda primaria, seguidamente se aplicaron las palabras claves seleccionadas teniendo un total de 50 documentos analizados los cuales permitieron identificar como categorías: a) factor interdisciplinario para la intervención del adolescente; b) acompañamiento socioeducativo; y c) aplicación de programas de atención familiar. Como resultado principal, la justicia restaurativa es un paradigma innovador que busca reparar el daño causado por el conflicto, promover la responsabilidad y la reintegración, y construir comunidades más seguras y cohesivas. Se concluyó que, la justicia restaurativa, arroja una influencia substancial en la reinserción social de los adolescentes que han cometido infracciones.
