The survey technique was used, which consisted of an instrument composed of 30 questions related to upward, downward, horizontal, operational, strategic communication, authority, job recognition, labor relations, task performance and administrative policies, for convenience in 2024. The results, a correlation was found between the main variables using the Spearman coefficient equivalent to 0.579, indicating that internal communication positively impacts job satisfaction in the public entity.
